Qualifications

• 2–5 years with deadlines consequences in title/escrow, fund administration, commercial lending, RIA client service, or real estate sponsor
• Proof you can run a multi-party checklist without being asked twice
• Calm, clear writing and phone presence with money at stake
• Familiarity with PSA, PPM, subscription agreement, accreditation, capital call, distribution, K-1, title commitment, escrow
• Instinct to say: let me get you the right answer rather than guessing

Responsibilities

• First response on inbound investor calls and email — distributions, K-1s, portal access, document requests
• Intake calls with prospective investors: walk them through an active offering using approved materials
• Manage investor portal and CRM (HubSpot) contacts, entities, commitments, distributions, documents
• Maintain recurring communications calendar: quarterly updates, distribution notices, tax-season timelines
• Build and run the closing checklist for acquisitions, refinance, and disposition
• Coordinate daily with title, escrow, lender, and counsel through closing; escalate slippage
• Track PSA dates: diligence expiration, earnest money, financing contingencies, closing
• Prepare the closing binder and deal data room
• Process subscription documents end to end: issuance, tracking, completeness, countersignature, filing
• Verify accreditation and KYC/AML before funds
• Reconcile funds-in against commitments daily during a raise
• Set up entity, EIN, and bank accounts for new deals
• Helpful: Juniper Square or AppFolio Investment Management; commercial title or escrow background
