TRCM Labs Inc. in Miami, FL seeks an Investor Relations & Client Services Associate who will be a key contact for investors and support the firm’s IR efforts.

The role is highly client-facing, requiring responsive, knowledgeable support on funds, reporting, and investor questions. You’ll collaborate with investment, accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate information and exceptional service for sophisticated investors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in investor relations, client services, private equity, private credit, asset management, wealth management, an RIA, family office, or a related financial services environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts and an interest in developing deeper knowledge of private funds and alternative investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable communicating directly with sophisticated investors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to learn complex investment structures and explain financial information clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities may evolve as the firm grows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing investors and provide timely, professional responses to investor inquiries
• Assist investors with questions regarding their specific investments, including capital activity, investment performance, statements, distributions, tax documents, and other fund related matters
• Develop a strong working knowledge of TRCM’s funds, portfolio investments, investment structures, and reporting
• Coordinate internally with the investment, accounting, operations, and leadership teams to research and resolve investor questions
• Support investor onboarding, subscriptions, account updates, transfers, and other investor servicing needs
• Assist with investor communications, quarterly reporting, notices, and other fund communications
• Maintain accurate investor information and help ensure investor requests and follow ups are handled promptly
• Develop an understanding of the firm’s RIA related activities and applicable investor servicing and compliance considerations
• Help improve and build investor relations and client service processes as TRCM continues to grow

TRCM is a growing private equity investment firm based in Miami. We operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where team members have the opportunity to take ownership, work closely with senior leadership, and grow alongside the firm.

We are looking for an Investor Relations & Client Services Associate to serve as a key point of contact for our investors and support the firm’s broader investor relations efforts.

The Role

This is a highly client-facing role focused on providing TRCM investors with responsive, knowledgeable, and personalized support.

The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of TRCM’s funds, investment strategies, and investor reporting in order to confidently assist investors with questions regarding their specific investments.
