Job summary

J.P. Morgan Global Transportation Group in New York seeks an Investor Relations Associate to support client relations, strategy and portfolio management for the firms transportation investments.

You will work with investment specialists and portfolio teams to prepare fund materials, market updates, and client communications. You will collaborate across teams to produce recurring reporting, develop marketing collateral, and manage investor portals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or client services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Leverage models and analytics to enhance investor engagement.
• Provide insights to optimize investor communications and strategy.
• Collaborate with investment and portfolio teams on fundraising collateral.
• Produce fund snapshots, quarterly reports and cover notes with Finance.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials such as pitch books and teasers.
• Generate content for investor communications and market updates.
• Support responses to RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires.
