Coda Search is partnering with an asset management firm to recruit an Investor Relations Associate to support its credit platform. The role blends fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, working with senior IR professionals and external investors.

You will manage investor communications and help drive fundraising initiatives. The Associate will coordinate with investment teams and senior staff to deliver a best-in-class investor experience and support the firm’s fundraising

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations or Capital Formation
• Prior exposure to alternative investments (credit)
• Strong understanding of the institutional investor landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coverage and servicing of institutional investors across private credit and alternative credit platform.
• Partner with senior fundraising professionals to develop investor materials and coordinate fundraising initiatives.
• Prepare and update marketing and due diligence materials (pitchbooks, fund presentations, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, DDQ/RFP responses).
• Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries with timely, accurate communication.
• Maintain and track fundraising activity, investor interactions, pipeline progression, and meeting notes in CRM.
• Coordinate investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad hoc presentations; handle logistics and follow-up.
• Monitor fundraising pipelines and assist across multiple funds, products, and strategies.
• Contribute to special projects related to new product launches and capital formation processes.

This role will have blended responsibilities from fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, working closely with senior IR professionals, investment teams, and external investors. The Associate will play a key role in managing investor communications, supporting fundraising initiatives, and delivering a best-in-class investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coverage and servicing of institutional investors across the firm's private credit and alternative credit platform.
• Partner closely with senior fundraising professionals to develop and maintain investor marketing materials, coordinate fundraising initiatives, and facilitate investor communications throughout the capital raising process.
• Prepare and update a broad range of marketing and due diligence materials, including pitchbooks, fund presentations, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and DDQ/RFP responses.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication with prospective and existing investors.
• Maintain and track fundraising activity, investor interactions, pipeline progression, and meeting notes within the firm's CRM system.
• Coordinate investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad hoc presentations, supporting all logistical and follow-up activities.
• Monitor fundraising pipelines and help drive execution across multiple funds, products, and investment strategies.
