Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in private wealth management, investor relations, or client support.
• Experience across multiple asset classes, with exposure to alternative investments preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted resource for private wealth advisors and institutional clients, providing timely information and insights on investment strategies.
• Prepare and update marketing and investor materials across asset classes, focusing on alternatives.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries with portfolio updates, performance information, and product details.
• Support new client onboarding, product launches, capital calls, and investor initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance to ensure communications and reporting meet regulatory standards.
• Contribute to investor reporting, product development, and platform enhancements.
