Our client is a multi-billion dollar PE fund based in the Bay Area. The firm has offices in Menlo Park and San Francisco. Employees work in the office Tuesday-Thursday and work from home on Monday and Friday.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Produce customized marketing presentations for existing and prospective LP meetings, roadshows, and other LP engagements.
• Act as the point person for investor queries and coordinate with various internal stakeholders including the investing team, operations & legal.
• Assist in managing relationships with existing Limited Partners and, over time, become a key contact for the firm by providing Limited Partners with continuous investment and portfolio updates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years experience working in a client‑facing or investment‑oriented role, preferably within investment banking, private equity, institutional asset management, or consulting
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic track record required
• Experience with financial modeling and presentation content creation strongly preferred
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
