Job summary

NexPoint, a Dallas-based multibillion-dollar investment firm, is seeking a skilled marketing professional with exceptional writing and communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and experience creating investor-focused content.

You will translate complex financial product information into clear, compelling messaging for financial advisors and investors, collaborating with product, compliance, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, finance coursework, or relevant financial training is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX on a full-time basis.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
• Experience in the financial services and/or real estate industry preferred.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise marketing messaging.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and accuracy.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and PM software.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing materials for products across channels (email, events, website, social media, ads).
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and legal teams for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Work with sales, product, and national accounts to develop materials and support initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, print production, bids, and collateral-related expenses.
• Assist teams with ad-hoc projects as a versatile contributor.
