Job Title: Investor Loan Partner
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time (Commission Only)
Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused Investor Loan Partner to assist clients in securing business purpose investment loans for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will serve as an intermediary between investor sponsors and lenders—guiding clients through the entire funding process from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Connect clients with lenders and financial institutions that best meet their investment loan needs.
  2. Clearly and transparently explain different investment loan products and terms.
  3. Manage leads and track pipeline activity by accurately recording file movements.
  4. Submit loan applications and follow through on the approval process.
  5. Monitor market trends and interest rate fluctuations relevant to investor lending.
  6. Cultivate strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and clients.
  7. Provide consistent support to clients throughout the entire loan process.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a Mortgage Broker or within financial services is a strong plus.
  2. Deep understanding of Non-QM loan products, underwriting guidelines, and closing procedures.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficient with mortgage software and CRM systems.
  6. Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Google Drive, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
  7. Attendance at company meetings (camera on) is required.
  8. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
  2. Familiarity and experience with Non-QM loan structures.
  3. An established network of lender relationships.

Work From Home Requirements:

  1. Technical Needs: High-speed internet to support video conferencing and file sharing; Personal computer or laptop with a working camera; Ability to manage communication tools and CRM remotely with responsiveness.
  2. Work Environment: Dedicated, distraction-free workspace; Ergonomic setup for long-term productivity and comfort.
