TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for Investors in Residence, experienced angels or VCs who coach and guide new investors by helping them evaluate deals and refine their investment strategies. This role allows for remote work with flexible engagement options and provides access to curated deal flows and a vast investor network. Ideal candidates are those with a strong investment background looking to engage in capital allocation without a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of risk, return, and portfolio strategy.
• Ability to clearly articulate why a deal works (or doesn't).
• Comfortable leading discussions and educating groups.
• High credibility within investor or startup communities.

About the Role

Initio Raise is building a network of Investors in Residence (IIRs)—experienced angels, VCs, and capital allocators who help guide the next generation of investors inside our ecosystem.

This is a coaching and influence role, not a capital deployment role.

You’ll work directly with angel investors and emerging fund managers, helping them evaluate deals, refine their investment thesis, and make better decisions—while gaining access to curated deal flow and a growing investor network.

You bring judgment and experience. We provide deal flow, infrastructure, and distribution.

What You’ll Do

• Coach angel investors and emerging managers on deal evaluation and decision-making
• Guide investors on portfolio construction, check sizing, and diversification strategy
• Help refine investment theses and sector focus
• Break down real opportunities (strengths, risks, positioning)
• Host investor education sessions, roundtables, and discussions
• Support onboarding and development of new investors in the ecosystem
• Refer accredited investors into Initio’s investment platform, SPVs, and syndicates
