Job summary

NHK Capital Partners seeks a full-time Investor Support Manager (ISM) in Dallas, TX to be the primary contact for Limited Partners and manage ongoing investment lifecycle support. The role emphasizes relationship maintenance, regulatory compliance, and proactive LP servicing.

The position requires bilingual Spanish or Portuguese, 3+ years in investor relations or related fields, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Hybrid schedule with some travel supports LP success.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, speaks English and Spanish fluently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years in investor relations, business development, or client management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for LPs, ensuring personalized communication.
• Guide LPs through consulate interviews and USCIS filings (I-526E, I-829).
• Document LP needs in profiles and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure smooth investment experience.
• Provide LPs with resources, timelines, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor USCIS deadlines and guide LPs to meet requirements.
• Send quarterly project status updates and ensure LP understanding.
• Schedule regular LP touchpoints and annual reviews.
• Proactively solicit feedback and referrals from LPs.
• Coordinate with NHK/CMB teams for specialized needs.
• Provide input to refine workflows and tools.
