Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with automation tools and modern technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and represent the organization externally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning of investor engagement programs aligned to PCAOB goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute investor-facing programs and events.
• Serve as primary staff contact to the Investor Advisory Group (IAG).
• Coordinate with investors, advisers, analysts, and regulators.
• Collaborate with PCAOB divisions to deliver programs and events.
• Review PCAOB publications to support investor engagement.
• Assist with PCAOB Annual Report information.
• Keep PCAOB website updated with investor communications.
• Track participation and outcomes of investor programs.
• Coordinate with the Office of Economic and Risk Analysis on investor surveys.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI tools.
• Assist with Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group activities.
