Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is seeking a Client Service Associate to support accurate data entry and investor relationships. You will enter and maintain non-financial data, process updates, and coordinate monthly reconciliations to ensure data consistency.

You will communicate with clients and GPFS teams to resolve items, upload documents, and manage campaigns within industry portals, while supporting CRM data organization and internal projects. Hybrid work after probation period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• 0+ years of administrative or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain non-financial data accurately from original documentation.
• Process updates to investor and investment non-financial information.
• Coordinate and prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with clients and GPFS team members to resolve items and provide status updates.
• Upload and manage documents and campaigns within online portals, collaborating with internal teams.
• Support and review projects related to client requests or internal goals.
• Develop, organize, and maintain initial CRM data based on original documentation.
• Extract and input data into standardized templates and systems with a focus on accuracy.
