The role emphasizes data quality, dashboard maintenance, and supporting client-facing events, with a hybrid work arrangement in San Francisco. A degree and relevant administrative experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of administrative or other professional experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of administrative or other professional experience.
• 2+ years of administrative or other professional experience preferred.
• Expert in Pitchbook and Outreach.IO, the team’s primary resource.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supports Investor Coverage & Business Development team with client onboarding and inquiries.
• Engages in pre-engagement prospect research and content creation.
• Assists with prospect prioritization and ongoing relationship building.
• Supports pre/post event activities and client-facing events.
• Manages data sources and CRM to track prospects and performance metrics.
• Coordinates sales campaigns and liaises with sales operations and CRM data stewards.
