Job summary

Fidelity Investments offers a Branch Intern program at an Investor Center where you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with investment products, and gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This 10-week, full-time summer internship is onsite at the Investor Center location and emphasizes growth through hands-on tasks and professional development.

Interns will participate in the FIDTERN program, receive coaching and mentorship from managers and branch

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in your junior year of college.
• Interest in investing and wealth management.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or banking.
• Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
• Professional demeanor & collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of the current market, economy and economic trends.
• Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing outstanding customer experience.
