Ex in San Francisco seeks a Capital Markets professional to support structuring, execution, and ongoing management of financing transactions. The role collaborates across Legal, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Servicing, and external investors to drive faster, well-controlled deal execution.

You will contribute to investor-facing documentation, perform cash flow analyses, and help maintain compliance dashboards and transaction trackers to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, or Asset-Backed Finance experience.
• Experience with warehouse facilities, whole-loan sales, forward-flow arrangements, securitizations, or similar financing structures.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and stakeholder-management skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a Capital Markets professional to support the structuring, execution, and ongoing management of financing transactions. The role will work across Capital Markets, Legal, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Servicing, and external investors to drive faster execution while maintaining strong structural and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Compare investor term sheets across pricing, triggers, covenants, representations & warranties, and other structural terms.

Qualifications

Investor Analytics Role – Key Requirements

• Securitization & Capital Markets Knowledge – Experience with deal mechanics, funding structures, warehouse facilities, and forward flow sales. Capital markets operations background required.
• Investor Reporting & QA – Produce accurate monthly servicing reports, borrower base reports, and investor loan allocation reports. With ~50% of reports being automated, a strong focus on QA is essential which includes validating outputs, catching discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity before reports reach investors.
• Cash Flow & Deal Structuring Models – Must have built forecasting/cash flow models used to structure deals and negotiate with investors. Heavier capital markets analytics focus than a typical reporting role.

Investor-Facing Communication – Reports go directly to investors; candidate must be detail-oriented and able to translate complex financial data into accurate, structured deliverables

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, or Asset-Backed Finance.
• Experience with warehouse facilities, whole-loan sales, forward-flow arrangements, securitizations, or similar financing structures.
• Strong understanding of transaction economics, covenants, funding mechanics, and deal documentation.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or specialty finance preferred.
