Job summary

MEMBERS Capital Advisors (MCA) d/b/a TruStage Investment Management invites undergraduates to join a summer internship focused on Investments and Mortgage Loans. The time frame runs June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027, with in-person work at the Madison, WI office.

Eligibility requires pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation in December 2027 or later. The two-path program includes Intern and Early Development Program (EDP), offering mentorship, hands-on experience, and development

Qualifications

• Working toward an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major in Real Estate or Finance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Interest in real estate and finance concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, rent rolls, and property inspection reports for each loan in the portfolio.
• Analyze market data including vacancy rates, rental rates, and cap rates.
• Prepare valuations using Argus software and proforma analysis.
• Provide watchlist recommendations to Servicing Manager, Loan Officers and Portfolio Manager.
• Shadow origination process and underwrite new loan opportunities.
• Assist in reporting, closing & servicing, and portfolio management processes.
• Enter property financials into loan management system and Excel projects.
