Responsibilities

• Develop relative value frameworks to compare opportunities across issuers and structures.
• Prepare credit memoranda with financial and relative value analyses.
• Support portfolio monitoring through earnings reviews and updates.
• Gain understanding of bank loan, CLO, and fixed income markets via research and shadowing.

You will work with an experienced team of portfolio managers and/or analysts who will provide mentorship and opportunities for shadowing.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain three-statement financial models and earnings forecasts for leveraged issuers.Conduct fundamental credit analysis, including assessment of business risk, industry dynamics, financial performance, capital structure, and covenant protections.Develop relative value frameworks to compare investment opportunities across issuers, industries, and capital structures.Prepare credit recommendation memoranda incorporating financial, credit, and relative value analyses for use in evaluating primary and secondary loan market opportunities.Support portfolio monitoring through earnings reviews, company updates, and ongoing credit surveillance.Develop an understanding of the bank loan, CLO, and broader fixed income markets through market research, investment discussions, and interaction with portfolio managers and analysts.Required QualificationsPursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.Passionate about the investment management industry and contributing to a successful team environment.
