Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Investments Finance team seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead strategic planning, financial closing, and workforce financial planning. You will partner with executive leadership, HR, and product teams to align resources with strategic goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years of supervisory responsibility.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data-backed recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably tech, SaaS, or fintech.
• Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large information into executive insights.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning: advise GBSG and Product leaders on 1- and 3-year plans, identify risks and opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: develop and monitor KPIs to drive insights and decisions.
• Team coaching: lead 3-4 financial analysts and influence cross-functional teams.
• Process improvement: streamline and automate reporting and planning processes.
• Financial reporting: prepare close packages and forecast drivers for transparency.
