Job summary

The Owow in Oakland, California is seeking an Investments Director to lead their financial and acquisition efforts for a growing development pipeline. You will manage deal sourcing, underwriting, and capital raising, shaping strategy and building investor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real-estate finance or development, strong deal-structuring skills, and excellent communication abilities. Competitive salary and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in real-estate finance, acquisitions, or development; multifamily and LIHTC experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and deal-structuring skills.
• Desire to work extremely hard and believer in meritocracy.

Responsibilities

• Build a statewide broker network, identify sites, and produce feasibility models.
• Draft RFPs, market opportunities to lenders, and negotiate term sheets.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate consultants.
