Job summary

Franklin Templeton seeks an Investment Technology Business Solutions Lead to bridge investment professionals and technology teams. You will design and deliver data-driven solutions, dashboards, and automation to improve research workflows, portfolio management, and reporting.

The role requires strong investment management knowledge, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical capabilities across Power BI, Python, and data integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment management, financial services, technology, analytics, or business transformation.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technology or reporting solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for fund and portfolio reporting.
• Develop reporting solutions for performance, activity, holdings, portfolio statistics, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve investment research, portfolio management, and operational workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
