Qualifications

2 - 6 years of experience in transactional law, preferably corporate or finance.
Strong academic credentials; minimum GPA 3.0.
Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm.

Responsibilities

Represent lenders and alternative investment vehicles in private credit and equity deals.
Handle control and growth equity investments for private equity fund investors.
Advise portfolio companies on acquisitions, financing, and sale transactions.
Collaborate with experienced legal professionals across capital structure.
