Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to designated registered representatives and clients.
• Guide banking center partners as requested.
• Process operations duties for accounts, risk management, and marketing support.
• Perform account maintenance including openings, transfers, and changes.
• Ensure trading transactions are timely and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain client relationships and inform them about industry changes.
• Educate business partners on market conditions, products, and compliance.
• Support multiple representatives with large client books.
• Handle trading-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Banking Center or Private Bank partners to identify opportunities.
• Assist onboarding of Investment Executives and Wealth Management Advisors.
