Job summary

Cornerstone Bank is seeking an Investments Assistant in York, NE. The role supports the Investment Department with administrative tasks, handles scheduling for prospects and clients, assists with opening investment accounts, and answers inquiries.

Responsibilities include processing sales of commission and fee-based products, maintaining client files, and providing reception support. A high school diploma and 1–3 years banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school education minimum.
• 1 year of post-secondary education in business or 1-3 years banking or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and PC literacy.
• Accurate, detail oriented, and able to work in a team and independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the Investment Department.
• Schedule appointments for prospect/clients.
• Assist with opening of investment accounts.
• Answer prospect/client inquiries.
• Process sale of commission and fee-based products.
• Maintain investment client files.
• Provide telephone/receptionist support for department.
• All other duties as assigned.
