Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school education minimum.
• One year of post-secondary education in business or 1-3 years banking experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and the MS Office suite.
• Accurate and detail oriented; able to work in a team and independently.
• Strong ability to interact with customers, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the Investment Department.
• Schedule appointments for prospects/clients.
• Assist with opening of investment accounts.
• Answer prospect/client inquiries.
• Process sale of commission and fee-based products.
• Maintain investment client files.
• Provide telephone/receptionist support for the department.
• All other duties as assigned.
