Job summary

Dimensional's Global Client Group (GCG) supports Advisor clients with portfolio analyses, relationship management, and educational outreach. The role focuses on delivering insights across ESG, fixed income, ETF, and SMA offerings while collaborating with Sales & Client Service teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years in financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 1–5 years in financial services (internships included).
• Understanding of Dimensional's investment philosophy.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented; able to work in a team or independently.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong Excel and Access skills; able to learn new programs.
• Pursue outside investment education (MBA, CFA, CFP).
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex portfolio analyses for Advisor clients.
• Discuss key findings of portfolio analyses with clients.
• Deliver educational investment webinars to Advisor clients.
• Answer the Financial Advisor hotline with solutions.
• Assist in developing investment-related marketing materials.
• Develop understanding of Advisor business practices.
• Learn capital market research and apply to portfolio management.
• Some travel may be expected.
