Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years in Financial Services, product development or strategy.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and investment vehicles.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of investment solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
- Develop expertise across client experience, trading workflows, custody, settlements, and regulatory requirements to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Treasury, and Front Office to implement platform enhancements.
