Job summary

JPMorgan Asset Management is seeking an Internal Client Advisor Associate in New York to help financial advisors understand capital markets and deliver timely mutual fund, ETF, and SMA solutions. You will collaborate with an External Client Advisor to market products and serve top-tier clients.

You will build relationships across our organization, leverage Market Insights and Portfolio Insights analytics, and focus on achieving territory sales goals while providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Self-starter with passion for sales and the financial markets.
• Proven results in a competitive environment.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge.
• Capacity to build relationships across the organization and partner firms.
• Series 7 and Series 63 required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with top-tier clients and prospects through consultative, proactive phone conversations that deliver the JPMorgan value proposition.
• Provide superior client service by being responsive, thoughtful and making the clients' needs the focus.
• Leverage cutting-edge technological tools to showcase resources to financial advisors in a user-friendly way.
• Partner with Client Advisor (external wholesaler) to align on objectives to achieve sales goals.
• Demonstrate effective territory management with timely follow-up, advisor scheduling and lead generation.
• Convey Market Insights thought leadership to aid clients' understanding of market dynamics.
• Assist financial advisors in constructing strong risk-adjusted portfolios using Portfolio Insights analytics.
