We’re looking for a high-performing Investment Sales Representative with an active Series 7 license and direct experience in Reg D (506(c)) capital raises to join our growing alternative investment firm. If you’ve successfully placed private offerings with accredited investors in the $50K–$250K range, this role is tailored for you.

About Us

We specialize in real estate-backed alternative investments, targeting recession-resilient sectors like tiny home communities, RV parks, and self-storage facilities. All offerings are Regulation D 506(c) compliant and marketed exclusively to accredited investors.

Responsibilities

  • Present current Reg D offerings to pre-qualified investor leads
  • Conduct investor calls/meetings and guide prospects through due diligence
  • Build long-term investor relationships and provide timely follow-ups
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and assist with compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine pitch strategies and investor materials

Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 license (Required)
  • Experience in selling Reg D private placements, especially in real estate or alternatives
  • Proven success with investors contributing $50K–$250K+ per offering
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with SEC advertising and solicitation rules for 506(c) offerings
  • FINRA/SEC compliance awareness
