Job summary

AllianceBernstein in Nashville is seeking Spring 2027 bachelor’s degree candidates to participate in a Summer Internship Program. You will learn about business development, client service, sales, and strategies for the U.S. retail market.

The program includes formal onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring programs, sessions with senior leaders, networking, and social events. Availability to work full-time from June through August 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Spring 2027 Bachelor’s degree candidates in business, finance, economics, data science, math, liberal arts, or similar program.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Eligible to work in the US, without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail investment management and capital markets.
• Willing to complete SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licensing exams for consideration in a full‑time role.

Responsibilities

• Learn about business development, client service, and sales strategies.
• Participate in onboarding, training, mentoring, and leadership sessions.
• Collaborate with wholesalers to support the team effectively.
• Conduct competitive analysis to generate data for clients.
• Assist in managing territories and organizing workflows.
• Leverage large data sets to execute actionable sales campaigns.
