German American Bank is seeking an Investment Client Support Associate in Whitehall, OH. You will partner with the Financial Advisor to manage daily schedules, prepare client materials, and schedule appointments, providing timely, courteous support to current and prospective clients.

You will coordinate client events, handle invitations and RSVPs, research questions, and prepare required compliance reports, including FINRA-related documents, while demonstrating strong organization, discretion,

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Relationship-focused approach to serving investment clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with ongoing deadlines.

What it Takes:

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
