Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in credit/investment research, trading or financial analysis.
• Active CFA Program participation or municipal bond experience considered valuable.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis and investment concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel; Bloomberg, Aladdin or Python desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental credit and investment research across issuers and asset classes.
• Prepare and maintain written credit memos including issuer overviews and analysis.
• Monitor portfolio holdings, ratings, covenant compliance and results.
• Maintain investment research files and internal databases for monitoring.
• Assist in buy/sell/hold recommendations for portfolio managers.
• Perform quarterly valuation support for private debt and equity.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts on investment strategies.
• Track market, industry and company trends affecting investments.
