Job summary

American Century Investments is seeking a diverse group of Investment Representatives to join our client care team in a structured training program. Upcoming start dates: February, June, and September 2027.

Trainees will prepare for SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses; sponsorship for licenses is provided by American Century. The role involves handling inbound client inquiries in a highly structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to cultivate and nurture client relationships and build dedication to our brand by providing efficient, effective, and friendly client service
• Develop understanding of ACI funds, products, policies, procedures, and financial industry knowledge
• Understand IRS regulations and tax implications to provide value to clients
• Craft investment solutions for clients by offering personalized, relevant investment solutions
• Embed our Service to Sales culture by communicating new opportunities to clients that will benefit their financial situation and the firm
• Receive continuing education up-training to handle additional call types within different business units from an overflow perspective
