Deloitte Central Europe is seeking a Finance, Accounting or Audit professional to join our team and deliver high-quality financial reporting for clients. You will work with a collaborative team, be rigorous, and develop with supportive training and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Audit, Accounting or Finance is an asset.
• Experience in investment fund industry and client-facing role is an asset.
• Strong skills in financial reporting & statements.
• Be rigorous, quality-driven, result-oriented with analytical and synthetic skills.
• Clear communication, autonomous work and teamwork.
• Fluent in English.
• Maintain process and workflows documentation and escalate breaches.

• Experience in the investment fund industry and in a client-facing role is considered an asset;
• Show strong skills in financial reporting & financial statements;
• Be rigorous, quality-driven, result-oriented with excellent analytical and synthetic skills;
• Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly, work autonomously as well as be part of a team;
• Be fluent in English;
• Maintain process and workflows documentation, identify potential breaches and escalate where required.

Your future role

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting solutions, collaborating with clients, and contributing to innovative projects.

Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:

• Develop a sound knowledge of clients' fund products;
• Assist our clients in the reporting of financial results for fund investments;
• Liaise with different stakeholders to collect, review and validate input data required for reporting purposes;
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions meeting regulatory requirements, client's specific needs and best market practices;
• Develop an expertise in statistical analysis of financial and derivatives instruments;
• Be directly involved in client on-boarding projects and develop your organizational and communication skills;
• Provide regular support for client inquiries;
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of our reporting platform's processes and libraries, using latest technologies to achieve efficiency and enhance deliverables;
• Participate in the development of our eminence through market / regulatory analysis and articles preparation.
