Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience or related client-facing roles.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to perform in a results-driven environment.
• Powerful communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with active real estate investors and buyers.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and present investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Negotiate and facilitate investment property transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Consistently prospect to expand your network of qualified investors.
