Job summary

Vertigo Real Estate Ventures is seeking driven sales professionals to source and close distressed real estate investment opportunities in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with active investors and present opportunities that create value for buyers and sellers alike.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or client-facing roles, a competitive mindset, and strong communication skills. Expect uncapped commissions, hands-on training, and exposure to live real estate

With offices in Denver, San Diego, South Florida and Raleigh. Our team operates in a high-performance, sales-driven environment where results are rewarded and top producers thrive.

We work directly with active real estate investors to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and close deals that generate value for buyers and sellers alike.

This role is ideal for individuals early in their sales career who are looking to build expertise in real estate investment sales while operating in a competitive, fast paced and innovative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with active real estate investors and buyers
• Conduct property walkthroughs and present investment opportunities to prospective buyers
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent communication with prospects
• Negotiate and facilitate investment property transactions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of sales experience, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
