Prospect Capital Management in New York City is seeking an investment professional to participate in and grow into leading all aspects of the investment process, from idea generation to closing and exiting.

You will conduct fundamental analysis of private credit and private equity across diverse industries, monitor portfolio investments, and work closely with senior management in small deal teams to drive value for the firm.

Formación

• Track record of excellence in academic, professional, and personal endeavors.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, credit, or related analytical roles.
• Ownership mentality with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with sponsors and management.
