Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades and advise on trade execution.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor risk metrics with the team and communicate exceptions.
• Coordinate with Client Advisors on workload and client needs.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents and liaise with clients to complete them.
