Job summary

HighGround Advisors in Dallas, TX seeks an Investment Performance & Data Analyst to own performance measurement, reporting, and investment data across multi-asset portfolios. You will compile timely information for investment decisions and client reporting, leveraging Excel models, FactSet, and data platforms.

You will collaborate with the Investments team, turn data into clear insights, and support onboarding of new client accounts while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or related field.
• Experience in investment performance measurement, operations or data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, reconcile and report portfolio and manager performance monthly and quarterly.
• Track private market investments, including IRR, multiples and PME.
• Reconcile data against statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards and data exhibits for leadership.
• Build and maintain Excel models, databases and templates.
• Source and validate data using FactSet and other platforms.
• Support trading operations and related recordkeeping.
• Maintain data in performance and portfolio accounting systems.
• Document methodologies and streamline reporting processes.
• Provide quantitative analysis for due diligence and asset allocation reviews.
