Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst to support investment performance measurement, reporting, and analysis across a portfolio of funds and investments. The role partners with senior finance leaders to evaluate historical results and produce reporting for executive decisions.

The ideal candidate has a quantitative background with experience in investment or fund data, and an interest in improving reporting through automation, analytics, and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment performance, fund accounting, or quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with IRR, time-weighted returns, benchmarking, and attribution analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and review key investment performance measures, including IRR, TWAR, and equity multiples.
• Prepare quarterly performance reporting across funds, investments, and properties.
• Support benchmarking submissions (NCREIF, MSCI) and related analyses.
• Conduct attribution, variance, and benchmark analyses to identify drivers.
• Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with finance, portfolio management, asset management, IR, and external providers.
• Drive reporting automation and data governance with technology teams.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and repeatable processes.
