Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in executing a portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives, with a focus on business analysis, testing, and implementation tasks.

• Collaborate with Trading, Technology, and Operations to gather requirements, develop test cases, and conduct UAT.
• 1
• Assist in automation and AI-enabled workflow enhancements, including data validation and testing support.
• 1
• Support risk management by identifying operational risks during testing and by contributing to SOPs and remediation plans.
• 1
• Identify efficiency opportunities within Core Public Operations and elevate recommendations to senior members.
• 1
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on equity, fixed income, FX, and derivatives operations.

• Assist in triaging and documenting operational issues and production support escalations.

• Support development of new operational capabilities through design, testing, and implementation tasks.
