Investment Operations Associate

A multibillion-dollar investment management firm located in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join their team. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Senior Associates and the Director of Operations to support investment operations.
2. Review controls and enforce SLAs with third-party back-office vendors.
3. Oversee data integrity, trade settlement, investment accounting/reconciliations, proxy voting, corporate actions, and monthly performance reviews.
4. Deliver timely and accurate client statements and reports on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
5. Monitor technology vendors and data source connectivity, assisting with troubleshooting daily issues in applications such as Salesforce (CRM).

Qualifications:

1. 2-7 years of experience in investment operations within a global investment strategies framework.
2. Extensive experience in trade operations, client statements, and investment accounting.
3. Deep understanding of OMS investment book of record (IBOR).
4. Proven ability to oversee third-party vendors for essential daily processing and systems.
