Job description

Essential Functions:

Responsible for providing customer service, clerical and administrative support to clients and investment staff.

Interacts with customers to handle inquiries, solve any operational problems or answer any related questions as required.

Responsible for processing transactions, new accounts transfers and orders.

Ensure that any account opened has the necessary and required information.

Maintains customer and compliance files.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Requires High School Degree or Equivalent and 2+ yrs experience in administrative and office support functions, client interaction or other directly related experience.

Proficient knowledge of office or administrative functions, investment, banking and/or departmental products.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with internal and external clients.

Strong problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working knowledge of company products/services and ability to respond to most inquiries in a timely manner.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other related business software.

Ability to process, audit and review client information.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20 - $36 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.

This position will be open until filled.
