Carnegie Mellon University’s Investment Office is seeking an Operations Associate, responsible for managing critical processes and financial reporting related to the endowment. The role includes onboarding new investment managers, coordinating requests, and preparing portfolio analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS financial documents.
• Technical proficiency in analyzing large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investment manager requests and coordinate with investment team members.
• Review quarterly valuations and transactions for the Long‑Term Pool investment portfolio.
