Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment operations, or brokerage operations.
• Strong understanding of money movement processes, account transfers, and investment operations workflows.
• Experience working with custodians and investment account platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of investment accounts
• Coordinate client onboarding activities, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately
• Process and monitor money movement requests, including transfers, distributions, and account funding activities
• Maintain accurate client and account data across internal systems
• Prepare reports and operational documentation for management and advisory teams
• Manage relationships with custodians and third-party service providers
• Partner closely with advisory teams to improve workflows and enhance efficiencies
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
