Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to audit AI-built financial analyses and validate three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic. You’ll trace numbers back through model assumptions and write judgments to guide defensible finance work.

This remote role invites professionals with corporate finance/FP&A experience to deliver crisp, evidence-based analyses that CFOs trust, while contributing to scalable, model-driven insight across projects.

Job description

Models can build a three-statement model that looks clean and still get the mechanics wrong: a balance sheet that doesn't balance, working capital that flows the wrong way, a circular reference silently zeroed out. Someone has to trace the numbers back through the logic, and that someone is you.

As a Finance Expert you'll evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

Compensation

Up to $40 – $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k–$100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
