Job summary

Gresham Partners LLC, a Chicago-based investment and wealth management firm, seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to join the Chicago team. This role focuses on KYC/AML requests, fund administration support, and investment operations across partnerships.

Responsibilities include processing subscriptions and withdrawals, managing wire transfers, and driving process improvements while ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in financial services, fund accounting, banking, investment operations, or a related field.
• Strong intellectual curiosity with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint experience highly desired.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external partners.
• High-energy, self-starter who can work independently and in a team; comfortable with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Authorization to live and work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to KYC/AML requests from investment managers promptly and accurately.
• Support relationships with third-party providers including fund administrators, tax accountants, bankers, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Prepare, coordinate, review and submit investor subscription and withdrawal documents and other transaction paperwork for Gresham's partnerships.
• Create and maintain wire templates, process wire transfers, and monitor cash flow for partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Document and update operational procedures focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
• Support private fund accounting and reporting activities including valuations, capital calls, distributions, and fund analytics.
• Review and reconcile quarterly NAV calculations and coordinate with fund administrators and auditors.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to internal teams and external parties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to KYC/AML requests from Gresham's investment managersin a timely and accurate manner.
