Candidates should have 4-6 years of financial services M&A experience, Pennsylvania bar, excellent academic credentials, and strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Salary is $275k–$330k with discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

• Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Be a member of the Pennsylvania bar.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities law as they relate to investment management transactions.
• Experience with asset and wealth management transactions including strategic investments, capital markets transactions, and spin-outs.
• Consult with established and emerging financial services firms on governance, succession matters, and product diversification.

• Be experienced in consulting established and emerging financial services firms in connection with a range of business initiatives, including institutionalization, governance and succession matters, and product and channel diversification.
