The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience advising private fund sponsors, investment advisers, and institutional investors on formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds.

The role involves advising on private fund formation, drafting and reviewing fund documentation, and guiding on co-investments and secondary transactions, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with private equity, real estate, hedge funds, or other alternative investment vehicles preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.
