The successful candidate will provide legal and regulatory guidance across private funds and alternative investments in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include advising on compliance matters, supporting fund formation, and drafting legal documents. An ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and 4-6 years of relevant legal experience. The role is hybrid, with a competitive salary range of $200,000 – $225,000 per year plus bonus.

Formación

• 4–6 years of legal experience supporting investment management, private funds, or alternative asset management platforms is required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar is required.
• Strong knowledge of private credit, hedge funds, and securities regulations is preferred.
