Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Seattle is seeking an Investment Management Associate to join a team advising on a range of investment transactions for institutional investors. The candidate will work with experienced attorneys and paralegals to support deal execution and client service.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team, manage multiple transactions, and continue developing business and investment skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
